Design Reviews

Please see Design Review Criteria document on the Governing Documents page for detailed information on our design review process.  Please submit your request on our Contact Us page with necessary attachments, and allow approximate one to two week turnaround time on decisions.

We prefer to have requests submitted to us electronically on this website if possible.  We can also receive postal mails on our PO Box address but responses may be delayed up to additional two weeks as we currently don’t have resources to check it more frequently.

If you require a decision sooner than our normal process, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to meet your timeline.
