History

Terwilliger’s Run was one of the last major residential developments built in the City of Montgomery.  Portions of the neighborhood were extended into Symmes Township.  Terwiliger’s Run, therefore, accesses both the Loveland School District as well as the Sycamore Community School District.  Known for their unique residential character, fine schools, and outstanding location, these communities take great pride in this residential neighborhood.  It was within this spirit that Terwilligers’s Run was developed.

Named after Nathaniel Terwilliger, Montgomery’s founder and original planner, Terwilliger’s Run consists of some of Montgomery’s most beautiful grounds and terrain.  The rolling hills, creeks, and majestic trees create some of the most dramatic home sites ever.  It was the developer’s goal to create the highest quality of design with respect for the natural environment and the total community.
